Ray Baron is a songwriter and composer based in the greater Seattle area. Being heavily inspired by the dynamic vocalists and songwriters of his region in the early 90s, he was once told that he "leaves blood on the floor" when he performs. 

Ray's music has been characterized as passionate, brooding, and deeply human, blending influences from alternative rock, gothic, folk, blues, progressive rock, and experimental styles, often shifting between genres while keeping a focus on storytelling and mood. His songs explore everyday moments as well as fiction, personal reflections, and the spaces between people, with arrangements that range from stripped-down acoustic to layered and textured. 

Ray performs both solo and with a rotating group of collaborators in the greater PNW.
